I sculpt in clay and cast into bronze. Sculpting gives me a means of releasing anxiety. The clay is a sponge that sucks my nervous energy out through my fingertips. When I’m finished with a piece, i it becomes a projection of my own inner state. I prefer to complete a piece in less than 15 hours over 2 or 3 days to retain the integrity of that emotion.

I’ve travelled and studied art and languages since I was young. I found my interest in sculpting more recently while traveling in Mexico. I am currently a member of the Sculpture Society of British Columbia.
