ABOUT Barbara
I am an artist pursuing our beautiful natural scenery of Vancouver. I want my art to reflect the qualities of nature. I begin most of my paintings en plein air, painting outside and completing in my studio. I find painting outdoors always provides inspiration and adventure. My passion for art started early in childhood. I work in an impressionistic style using oil paints or gouache. I am a member of the Vancouver Art Guild. I have also been an award recipient for my plein air paintings.
