ABOUT constance
Phenix’s art and writing is informed by her strong intuition, wise capability and her gift for bringing clarity to aspects of life that are deep and intangible, or chaotic and confusing. She creates her art with an open heart, infusing each canvas with wonder and beauty. “My art comes through me. I never know what the final piece will look like. I let it emerge and speak to me until it feels complete... complete for now. Another layer is always possible when painting.” Phenix’s abstract paintings are painted on canvas with acrylics and mixed media. Recently, she was invited to exhibit her art in Sweden. Connie lives in Vancouver, BC.
