ABOUT Donelle
I am a silversmith and metal clay artist who loves making jewelry. It thrills me that I can push myself to keep learning more about my craft daily. And, the look in someone’s eyes when they find a piece of jewelry that they just “have to have” fills my very being with joy!
My focus is making one-of-a-kind jewelry, and my inspiration comes from nature’s natural beauty all around us, as well as my heritage. But it can also come from something I hear on the radio, or read in the news. So I never quite know where my inspiration will come from next.
Next, I create a drawing of my idea on paper before transforming that image into a developed concept. The jewelry then comes to life after being fired in the kiln and being polished.
