At heart, my wish is simple—that my work brings joy, a moment of delight, colour, and a smile to those who encounter it.
I draw inspiration from people, the West Coast, the rhythm of cities, and my travels. Walking with a camera often sparks the fleeting moments I later transform on canvas through imagination.
Self-taught, I began drawing as a teen to escape into another world and gradually found my way into painting. My practice has since expanded into mixed media, fabric, and paper collage—always guided by an obsession with colour and texture.
Each piece is a puzzle: capturing light, blending hues, layering unexpected materials, or re-imagining a photograph. I thrive on change, pushing myself into new series each year as a way to grow and keep pushing myself to new adventures.
